Accurate and timely input of information onto the CRM system
The successful candidate will be joining a small but existing team, and you will receive outstanding training and support. This role will be office based 4 days a week and 1 day from home after an initial induction/training period. The successful candidate must have;
Previous experience in a customer relations and administration - minimum of 12 months
Excellent communication skills both written a verbal
A friendly and approachable manner
Highly organised
Strong team player
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving, can-do attitude
Competent user of all MS Office packages
