We're seeking a skilled Care Supervisor to join an established and reputable organisation who pride themselves on delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with learning disability and complex needs.

What the role entails:

To lead and mentor staff teams within residential services for adults with profound learning disability and complex needs.
Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and mentor-ship to promote professional development.Conduct regular supervisions and 1-1s and work with the leadership team to ensure the delivery of highest quality of care and support.
Conduct regular assessments and work towards individual support plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to adult care services.
Monitor and maintain accurate documentation, including care records, incident reports, and staff rotas.
Promote a positive and respectful environment that encourages dignity, independence, and choice for clients.
Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews to uphold service standards.
Be flexible to work between the hours of 8am - 22.00 on a rota basis including alternate weekends. Required Skills & Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in adult care, such as Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Leadership and supervision training, with proven experience in managing and leading teams.
Strong understanding of adult social care settings preferably supporting those with learning disability and profound complex care needs.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and compliance requirements within adult care.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate care documentation and reporting.
Ability to work flexibly and respond effectively to changing client needs.
Car driver is preferable.
