Salary: £42,000 per annum (Rising to £45,000 After Probation)
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday
12-hour days one week / 12-hour nights the next
Currently averaging 48 hours per week (includes approx. 6 hours overtime)

The Role
Electrical or 50/50 multi-skilled maintenance across production and site equipment
Planned and reactive maintenance on modern, automated machinery
Fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems
Working within strict food-grade and quality standards
Future Shift Structure
The site is currently operating on the above shift pattern
There is a clear plan to transition eventually to continental shifts.
The Ideal Candidate
Time-served Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
Manufacturing / industrial background
Apprentice Trained
Strong fault-finding ability
Comfortable working days and nights
Proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
