The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client, a successful utilities contractor. Working in their small, no frills rurally located offices, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Customer Liaison team with administrative tasks and undertaking a variety of day-to-day administration tasks that all help ensure the business operates smoothly in relation to its interaction with, and service provided to, their customers.
This is a varied role with duties including but not limited to:
Receiving, logging and distributing inbound enquiries and complaints, via telephone and CRM emails.
Escalating and distributing enquiries to relevant department as necessary
Chase for responses from relevant department to keep customers updated
Monitor and manage customer interactions ensuring compliance with audited procedures.
Requirements
The successful Customer Service Administrator will ideally have a background in customer service and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Our client is looking for someone flexible who doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in where they are needed.
You will be a confident communicator who is as happy speaking on the phone as they are constructing a professional email. Having good attention to detail is vital for this role. This role could suit someone who has worked as a Customer Service Administrator, Office Administrator or Service Administrator.

You will be joining a successful business in their rural office situated north of Brighton, between Albourne and Henfield. About 10 people work from the office to support their network of 90+ engineers and fitters who work on the road in and around the Southeast. It is a no-frills environment filled with a friendly, down-to-earth team.
