29.5 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Salary: Up to £20,678 - £22,212
Hybrid: Approx. 50% office / 50% remote
Are you organised, accurate and looking for a varied HR role?
Join a supportive team of five and provide HR and recruitment administration across the organisation. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role.
What You'll Do
* Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and variation notices
* Support recruitment from advert to onboarding
* Arrange interviews and liaise with agencies
* Complete pre-employment checks, references and DBS checks
* Maintain accurate employee records on HR/Payroll systems
* Process purchase requisitions and internal orders
* Support job evaluation panels and electronic filing
* Respond to HR queries from employees and managers
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in HR or recruitment administration
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office
* A quick learner of HR databases and systems
* A strong communicator who can work with people at all levels
* GCSE English and Maths Grade 4–9 / A–C (or equivalent)
* A UK driving licence holder with access to a vehicle for local business travel
Desirable
* CIPD qualification / Certificate in Personnel Practice (or equivalent)
* Experience using iTrent or an integrated HR/Payroll system
