We’re looking for a Service Sales Consultant to join our team and support customers by managing enquiries, processing sales orders, and ensuring a smooth, professional service from first contact through to completion. Key Responsibilities

Respond to all inbound customer calls and emails within agreed timescales
*
Proactively chase and close live enquiries
*
Follow up existing enquiries with the aim to win or requote
*
Monitor the sales inbox and acknowledge new leads promptly
*
Create and process accurate quotations
*
Log all activities within the CRM and convert live quotes into sales orders
*
Maintain acceptable business margins
*
Ensure all sales orders meet the Sales Order Acceptance Procedure
*
Work with internal departments to resolve anomalies within required timescales
*
Support account management activities, including organising visits and resolving issues
*
Regularly follow up allocated leads and quotations
*
Maintain a professional approach at all times
*
Report any issues, delays or resource needs to the Head of Sales
Knowledge & Experience
*
Understanding of electronic and electrical systems would be ideal but we will consider other candidates who have dealt with a technical product, mobile phones, IT, telecoms etc
*
Strong presentation and communication skills
*
Good IT skills
*
Experience working with CRM systems
