An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function on a major shell and core development in London, overseeing a £45 million package across mechanical, public health, and ventilation systems.
This position will take ownership of commercial performance across the project lifecycle, providing leadership to the commercial team while supporting successful project delivery on a flagship London development Project.
The Opportunity:
* Lead the commercial management of a major London construction project
* Manage and develop the commercial team across project delivery phases
* Drive commercial performance, financial control, and contractual compliance
* Work closely with project leadership teams to support successful delivery outcomes
* Operate within a technically complex, high-profile project environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience operating as a Commercial Manager on major projects
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
* Experience across MEP, shell & core, or complex building services projects preferred
* Commercially focused with strong contractual awareness
