Roofer / Site Operative – Liquid Waterproofing

MR Site Services is a specialist roofing and waterproofing contractor based in Worcester, delivering high-quality commercial and industrial roofing solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a hardworking and reliable Roofer / Site Operative to join our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working on a variety of prestigious projects nationwide, including commercial buildings, transport infrastructure, stadiums, and public-sector developments.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in the installation of cold-applied liquid waterproofing systems and a range of specialist roofing and waterproofing works on construction sites throughout the UK.

Duties will include:

Installing cold-applied liquid waterproofing systems

*

Carrying out roofing repairs and specialist roofing details

*

Assisting with waterproof sealing solutions and roof penetrations

*

Working safely at height on a variety of commercial and industrial projects

*

Following site health and safety procedures at all times

*

Travelling to projects across the UK and staying away from home when required

*

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism on site

Requirements

*

Valid CSCS Card (essential)

*

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

*

Previous roofing or waterproofing experience preferred

*

Comfortable working away from home on a regular basis

*

Ability to work at height and in varying weather conditions

*

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn specialist systems

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
