Our cleint is looking for an experienced Build Package Manager to oversee two subcontractors responsible for the building envelope and fit-out works on a build-only contract. The role is site-based and will require strong coordination, subcontractor management, and technical knowledge to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery of the envelope and fit-out subcontractors.
Review and monitor subcontractor programmes, progress, and resourcing.
Ensure works are delivered to the required quality standards and in line with design/specification.
Enforce health & safety compliance, carrying out regular checks and ensuring best practice on site.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical queries.
Manage interfaces between envelope, fit-out, and other trades.
Report progress, risks, and issues to the project team.
Drive completion, snagging, and handover of the architectural works.Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Package Manager or Senior Site Manager (Architectural, Envelope, or Fit-out)
Strong track record of managing subcontractors in a build-only or D&B environment.
Good technical understanding of envelope systems and fit-out sequencing.
Confident in programme management, quality assurance, and health & safety.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to challenge subcontractors and drive performance.Candidate Profile:

Qualifications
You will hold some form of relevant Construciton qualification (HND, Degree, NVQ)
You will hold a relevant and in date CSCS Card
