Managing customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner at the reception desk
Overseeing the end-to-end process of vehicle repairs, including booking in vehicles and updating customers on progress
Liaising with insurance companies to process claims efficiently and facilitate repairs
Coordinating with internal staff to ensure smooth workflow within the bodyshop
Handling a small number of driving tasks such as delivering vehicles or collecting parts when necessary
Contributing to the overall efficiency of the bodyshop team by providing excellent customer service and operational supportRequirements of the Bodyshop Receptionist:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service position within the motor trade
Valid driving licence is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Resilient attitude capable of managing challenging situations professionally
Customer-focused with an adaptable and proactive approach
