The Role – Trainee Accounts Assistant
This is an office‑based role supporting the accounts team with accurate data entry and financial administration. (Joining a team of 3)
Key Responsibilities

Data inputting for supplier and fitter invoices
*
Supporting accounts payable processes
*
Updating internal spreadsheets and trackers
*
Assisting with basic commercial administration
*
Maintaining accurate digital and paper records
*
Learning financial procedures and systems
*
Working closely with a small accounts/commercial team
QuickBooks experience would be helpful but is not essential — full training is provided.

Good attention to detail

Confident with data entry

Comfortable working independently and within a small team

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel would be great)
