The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Ski Sales and Operational Support Executive to join a specialist travel organisation supporting the delivery of ski trips. Working as part of a busy Ski Operations team and reporting to the Operations Supervisor and Managing Director, the Ski Sales and Operational Support Executive will provide administrative and operational support throughout the booking journey, ensuring quotations, bookings and trip arrangements are managed efficiently and accurately. The role offers excellent development opportunities for someone looking to build a career within the travel sector.
Support the end-to-end booking process from enquiry through to travel.
Liaise with suppliers, internal teams and Sales Advisors to coordinate bookings and travel arrangements.
Assist with the preparation and amendment of customer quotations.
Process booking documentation, deposits and customer payments.
Support the management and maintenance of accommodation availability and booking systems.
Carry out booking audits and accuracy checks.
Respond to booking-related queries and follow up outstanding actions.
Monitor shared inboxes and direct enquiries appropriately.
Requirements
Previous experience within administration, travel, tourism, customer service or a similar office-based environment would be highly desirable. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are highly desirable. Candidates should be confident communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers, and demonstrate a proactive approach to completing tasks and supporting wider team objectives. An interest in skiing, travel or educational tours would be desirable, alongside a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility as experience develops. This role could suit someone who has worked as a Travel Administrator, Operations Coordinator or Sales Support Administrator.
