A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Advisor to join a fast‑paced, customer‑focused Site Solutions team. This role suits someone commercially aware, confident handling high volumes of enquiries, and motivated by converting opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.
As a Sales Advisor, you'll manage incoming customer requests, build strong relationships, protect margin, and support revenue growth. You'll work to defined KPIs and ensure all activity follows internal processes, pricing structures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Work towards key performance metrics including conversion, revenue growth, margin protection, telephony/email response targets and customer satisfaction
Manage customer enquiries accurately and efficiently
Ensure all activity complies with internal processes and pricing structures
Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high‑quality service
Use CRM and order‑processing systems confidently
Support a fast‑paced sales environment as a proactive Sales AdvisorPerson Specification
Previous experience in a sales‑focused role advantageous (hire, construction or service industries beneficial)
Strong commercial awareness and a target‑driven mindset
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly organised and confident managing high enquiry volumes
Comfortable using CRM and order‑processing systems
