The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturer of refurbished & remanufacturers of laptops, printers and ink based in Boston, Lincs. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ an Internal Business Development Executive on a permanent basis.
Hours will be either 8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am till 5pm – Monday to Friday.
42.5 hours a week which includes a ½ hour paid break.
Competitive salary offered dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls,
emails, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and
initiatives.
Research target markets and identify potential customers.
Requirements for the role
Previous experience in business development, sales, or telesales is desirable
but not essential as full training will be given.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
