The role
You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, supporting organisations with a wide range of people matters including:
Employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and redundancy processes.
Employment law guidance and best practice advice.
HR documentation including contracts, policies, handbooks and employee communications.
Recruitment and onboarding activity.
HR administration, compliance and record management.
Employee engagement and culture initiatives.
Organisational change and people projects.
Building trusted relationships with managers and stakeholders.
About you
You'll likely have:
Previous HR experience, either at Advisor level or in a senior HR administration/coordinator role.
A good understanding of UK employment law and HR processes.
CIPD qualification, or be working towards it.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Confidence building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
A genuine desire to learn, develop and broaden your HR experience.
