We are partnering with a long established, family owned construction business to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor across the North West.

The Role
You’ll support operational teams across multiple construction projects, helping drive standards, engagement and compliance across site activities.
This role would suit somebody already operating in a Health & Safety position or an ambitious individual ready to step into a more developmental environment with strong mentoring and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting site teams across active construction projects
• Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Assisting with RAMS reviews and incident investigations
• Promoting positive safety culture across operational teams
• Supporting training, toolbox talks and behavioural initiatives
• Building strong working relationships with site and project teams
What We’re Looking For
• NEBOSH qualification
• Construction sector understanding or exposure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Full UK driving licence
