Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your duties will include:
Communication Champion: Answering calls with a warm and welcoming demeanour, providing information and guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
Visitor Engagement: Greeting visitors to the office with a friendly smile, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed and facilitating meeting hospitality as required.
Subcontractor Support: Processing new subcontractors in the system and managing timesheets
Invoice Processing: Efficiently processing invoices through the system to ensure timely payments and smooth financial operations.
Delivery Coordination: Requesting and uploading delivery notes as needed to maintain accurate records.
Email Management: Managing incoming emails and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members to ensure effective communication.
Documentation Filing: Filing documentation in accordance with company policies to maintain an organised office environment.
Supply Monitoring: Keeping an eye on office supplies and consumables, ordering new stock as required to keep our office running smoothly.
Financial Support: Assisting with petty cash and expenses as delegated by the management team.
Compliance Adherence: Following company rules and procedures and ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirement
Additional Duties: Taking on any other reasonable tasks as required to support the team and enhance office productivity.What We're Looking For:
Previous administration experience
A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
