In this role you will;
* Manage a caseload of adult males in custody, working closely with probation practitioners and key stakeholders
* You will carry out initial assessments to understand individual circumstances and develop tailored accommodation plans through structured interventions
* You'll support participants in navigating housing challenges, ensure they are kept informed of decisions affecting them.
* Promote their understanding of rights, responsibilities, and available support.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans
* Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need
* Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system
* Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns
