The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our successful and growing team in a varied Warehouse & Administration Assistant role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career, gaining valuable experience across both warehouse operations and office administration within a well-established business. Full support and training will be provided.
The Role
The position is split between the warehouse and the administration office.
Warehouse Duties (Morning)
Working alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
Booking stock into the company system
Allocating and organising new stock
Assisting with the day-to-day running of the warehouse
Supporting the warehouse team with general operational tasks
Administration Duties (Afternoon)
Supporting the administration team, your responsibilities will include:
Processing returns and credits
Liaising with customers and suppliers to arrange goods inspections
Coordinating meeting rooms and catering using Microsoft Outlook
Producing reports and updating company records
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who:
Is organised and able to prioritise a varied workload
Has good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn
Is reliable, professional and willing to support different departments
