We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage the smooth running of our reception desk and provide outstanding administrative support as part of our supportive and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming visitors and managing reception activities
* Providing administrative support to staff and leadership
* Ensuring effective communication with parents, staff, visitors, and external agencies
We are Looking for Someone Who
* Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
* Has excellent IT, literacy, and interpersonal skills
* Possesses a confident and professional telephone manner
* Demonstrates tact, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
* Can handle interactions sensitively and effectively with a range of stakeholders, including children and families
* Has prior experience with school systems (advantageous but not essential; training provided)
* Brings a “can-do,” team-oriented attitude with a calm and friendly demeanour
* Is flexible to work across our campuses when required (we have administrative across our three campuses (two offices based in Farnborough and one based in Aldershot.)
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break). Term time only + 1 week.
