About the Learning Support Assistant role:
The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support to pupils, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:
Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils within the classroom

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have previous experience in a similar role. You will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children's education. Relevant qualifications or experience working with SEN pupils will be an advantage.
