We're looking for a proactive Academy Administrator to become the heart of a friendly and fast-paced school office. You'll be the welcoming face of reception, supporting students, parents, staff, and visitors while helping the wider school operate efficiently.
✨ What You'll Be Doing
✅ Managing reception and welcoming visitors
✅ Handling calls and enquiries professionally
✅ Supporting school trips, clubs and events
✅ Maintaining student records and attendance data
✅ Assisting with payments and financial administration
✅ Updating school systems and databases
✅ Providing general administrative support to the wider team
✅ Helping create a positive experience for pupils, parents and staff
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔️ Strong administration experience
✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems
✔️ Professional, friendly and highly organised approach
✔️ Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
✔️ Experience within education or school systems such as Bromcom is a bonus!
🚨 Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or be registered with the DBS Update Service) 🚨
