We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller with strong control skills to join a busy site team on a major construction project in Central London. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure main contractor environment and is confident managing project documentation to a high standard. Previous experience with Aconex and SharePoint will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Full document control duties using project systems (drawing registers, RFIs, submittals, trackers)
Managing site correspondence and document distribution
Supporting the project team with general site administration
Ensuring documents are up to date, compliant, and accurately filed
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and the wider project teamRequirements:
Proven experience as a Site Administrator
Previous experience working for a main contractor on live construction sites
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Confident using document control systems and Microsoft Office and EDM’s Acconex and Sharepoint
