Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have relevant classroom experience as a Cover Supervisor.
Have a genuine passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential.
Are confident in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, engaging learning environment.
Can adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms, and year groups.
Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one.
Are reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to making a positive impact wherever they work.
Have excellent communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
