The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

A bespoke Fit-Out/Refurbishment Contractor with a turnover of over £80 million is seeking a Document Controller to join to them on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience working as a Document Controller within Fit out/Refurb Main Contracting and must be a champion on Procore.
Key Duties include
* Diary Management
* Be the focal point on site between the Sub Contractors, clients and the Design team
* Organised
* Excellent communicator at all levels
* Provide support during the pre-construction, construction and close out phases of allocated projects.
* Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes and other electronic information
* To be a Procore and systems champion alongside the other members of the Group support team
* Must be able to work with several different teams and coordinate information.
* Assist Project Manager with the production of the project H&S plan, site waste management, logistics plan, schedule of conditions, signage and implementation of the project filing system
* Configure new projects on Procore and assign user roles to internal and external colleagues
* Manage and enforce our document management process (Procore, external document management system, email, paperwork) for the project
* Be the onsite Procore super-user and training contact for your projects
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a jobs over £15 million
* Be able to adapt and have a flexible approach
The ideal candidate must have worked for a Main Contractor for a minimum of 2 years and must have hands on experiece on Procore (Document Control systems) must be able to work in an organised manner between two sites.
