What you need:
- QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or DET/CET qualifications are highly preferred.
- Strong Functional Skills delivery experience with relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualifications in Maths and/or English.
- Deep understanding of Functional Skills reform standards and exam board requirements (e.g., Pearson, City & Guilds).
- Experience tutoring or supporting learners in a structured environment, particularly those re-sitting exams or returning to education.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one).
