We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Container Drivers on behalf of our client based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers seeking consistent agency work with competitive pay and reliable start times.
Job Details:
* Location: Widnes
* Start Time: Days and nights
* Pay Rate: £18-18.50 per hour
* Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday
Role Responsibilities:
* Transporting containers to and from ports and customer sites
* Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring load security
* Completing delivery paperwork accurately
* Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous container experience (ports / docks knowledge)
* No more than 6 penalty points (no DR/DD/IN endorsements)
* Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
