We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a long established family run business, for a Leisure Vehicle Workshop Technician to join their busy and growing team within the leisure vehicle industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with mechanical skills to work on caravans, motorhomes, and camper vans, ensuring they are fully prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
Workshop Technician Responsibilities:
Carry out servicing and pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used caravans, motorhomes, and camper vans
Diagnose faults and perform repairs and maintenance to a high standard
Ensure all work meets company quality expectations and specific customer requirements
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment
Attend industry trade launches, exhibitions, and training days as required
Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations at all timesWorkshop Technician Requirements:
Previous experience in a workshop, mechanical, or vehicle maintenance role
Experience working on caravans, motorhomes, or similar vehicles (desirable)
Hands-on experience carrying out servicing, inspections, and repairs
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
