The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Key Objectives/ Deliverables
The candidate will be technically competent including but not limited to installation, configuration, integration, call testing, troubleshooting & maintenance on operator telecoms network UK wide. This role will include UK wide travel and you be requested to participate in weekend work or extended hours. The role holder will demonstrate professionalism and flexibility when contacting internal & external personnel.
Operational Experience
Essential –
· UK Mobile Network Operator experience.
· Knowledgeable and highly-experienced, proactive maintenance on multi-customer, multi-technology networks such as: Nokia, Ericsson, VMO2, EE, Vodafone, etc.
· 2+ years commissioning & integration experience in the last 5 years on Ericsson and / or Nokia.
· 6+ months trouble shooting technical / investigations in the last 2 years on Ericsson and / or Nokia.
· Skilled and proficient on radio technologies 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G including transmission networks.
· Cooperation with 3rd parties, customers and site providers to facilitate completion of tasks.
· Accurately completing any Hand Over Packs & or site completion certification within agreed SLAs.
Responsibilities
· Being on site at the right place at the right time with the right equipment.
· Responsible for working alone or in a small team.
· Completing all documentation, including HOPs, Completion Certs, Survey, H&S, CDM.
· Using the correct procedures at all time.
· Being proactive in collecting required data and equipment to carry out the work.
· Installation, Commissioning, Configuration, Integration, Call testing etc.
· Troubleshooting & resolution tasks.
· Ensure all assigned kit (PPE / test kit etc.) is maintained & good working order & within calibration.

Academic & Technical Background
Essential –
· Must have a background within Telecommunications or a related industry.
· All required H&S certification for working on street works & rooftops:
* TEL003 Certification, or the willingness to complete this within first 2 weeks of joining
