Starlink Installation Technician – Nationwide

Are you ready to help install Starlinks across the nation? We’re looking for skilled technicians to join our growing team of Starlink installers.
✨ What You’ll Do
* Install Starlink systems at customer locations
* Safely mount antenna equipment on rooftops or suitable structures (based on pre-site surveys)
* Professionally run and secure cabling from the antenna to the Starlink
* Configure and program the Starlink
* Test, troubleshoot, and ensure everything is performing perfectly before leaving the site
* Deliver excellent customer service and answer customer questions
* Complete a handover pack with a description of the work and required photos at the end of each job
* Educate customers on using their new Starlink system
🔧 What You Need
* Strong understanding of telecom systems and equipment
* Experience with fibre splicing & low-voltage cabling
* Confidence with hand tools and network installation
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous service technician experience is an advantage
📌 Additional Requirements you will need to own
* 3 metre capable ladder
* Tools suitable for Starlink installation
* Ability to climb and work safely on roofs within Health & Safety guidelines
* Your own liability insurance
* A reliable vehicle with sufficient space to carry up to 2 Starlinks
* Ability to carry out pre-installation surveys and site visits
