We are looking to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant for both short-term and long-term opportunities. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support students of varying ages and abilities, providing one-to-one and small group support while helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children or young people in an educational, care or support setting
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, resilience and a positive attitude
Flexibility and adaptability to support students across different age groups
