An established and growing Groundworks and RC Frame contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of projects across Hertfordshire, London, and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of Groundworks and RC Frame packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing Groundworks and RC Frame projects from inception through to completion
* Leading site teams and ensuring efficient resource allocation
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and client teams
* Monitoring programme performance and driving project delivery
* Managing budgets, cost control, and commercial awareness
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within Groundworks and RC Frames
* Strong understanding of construction programmes and project delivery
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
* Full UK driving licence
