Rate: £16-£17/hr
Morson Vital have a great opportunity for an Administrator who is looking to get into the Rail industry or continue their experience.
I am looking to speak to computer literate individuals with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Training will be provided on internal systems but must have experience with spreadsheets, inputting data and strong numerical skills.
🔧 Key Responsibilities/Requirements:
🔺 Provide administrative support to rail operations and project teams
🔺 Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance logs
🔺 Coordinate schedules, bookings, and staff communications
🔺 Assist with reporting, data entry, and system updates
🔺 Ordering materials
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🔺 Strong administrative experience (rail or transport sector preferred)
🔺 Excellent organisational and time management skills
🔺 High attention to detail and accuracy
🔺 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
🔺 Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
