We are currently supporting a leading UK construction and engineering services provider on the appointment of a Document Controller to join their team delivering high-profile refurbishment works across parliamentary and heritage estates.

Responsibilities
Document Control & Management
Manage the full lifecycle of project documentation, ensuring all drawings, specifications, and records are accurately logged, controlled, and distributed in line with project procedures.
Aconex System Administration
Utilise Aconex to upload, track, and manage documents, ensuring correct workflows, version control, and audit trails are maintained at all times.
BIM Coordination Support
Support BIM processes by coordinating model-related documentation, ensuring alignment between digital models, drawings, and on-site information requirements.
Compliance & Heritage Documentation
Maintain strict control over heritage-sensitive documentation, ensuring records align with conservation standards, approvals, and statutory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Act as a central point of contact for document queries, liaising with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors while producing regular reports on document status and compliance.
Requirements
Must have 3+ years experience in a similar role on construction/refurbishment projects
Must have experience in BIM and using Aconex
Must be based within a commutable distance of Westminster
Benefits
£180 - £200 per day – Long Term contract
