Overview
Luex Group are working with a well-established and growing construction company seeking an experienced Office Manager to support day-to-day operations. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing administrative processes, supporting commercial activities and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily office operations within a busy construction environment
* Preparing and issuing client quotations accurately and in a timely manner
* Raising invoices and managing the full invoicing process
* Handling VAT processes and supporting financial compliance
* Using accounting software (Xero experience highly advantageous)
* Maintaining accurate financial and operational records
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams
* Supporting payroll administration where required
* Monitoring cash flow, outstanding payments and credit control
* General administrative duties to support the wider business
Requirements
* Previous experience in an Office Manager/Senior Administrator role (construction preferred)
* Strong experience with quotations and invoicing
* Working knowledge of VAT processes
* Experience using Xero or similar systems
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable
* Experience within the construction sector
* Knowledge of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
* Experience supporting payroll processes
