This role is ideal for someone with experience in aluminium glazing systems who enjoys technical problem‑solving, data accuracy, and managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Role Overview:
You will support the delivery of aluminium glazing projects from order confirmation through to manufacturing. This includes technical processing using industry software (ReynaPro, Logikal, SchuCal), coordinating with procurement and production, tracking project progress, and communicating with customers via Teams and email.
Key Responsibilities
Process project data accurately using ReynaPro, Logikal, and SchuCal.
Generate fabrication details, schedules, and system‑generated section drawings.
Identify technical discrepancies and escalate where required.
Track and manage variations from quotation to manufacture.
Coordinate project timelines, paperwork, and material readiness.
Communicate with customers via Teams regarding updates, clarifications, and changes.
Monitor procurement information and flag material delays to customers and production.
Support smooth manufacturing workflow and timely dispatch of completed products.
Manage a varied workload of multiple small projects or a few large projects, depending on demand.
Essential:
Experience in aluminium glazing, façades, window/door systems, or similar fabrication environments
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Confident communication via email and Teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Preferred:
Experience with ReaPro, Logikal or SchuCal
Ability to understand system‑generated drawings and section details
Previous experience in a similar project coordination/technical processing role
