Reed Marketing & Creative are currently working with a leading organisation who are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that align with customer, commercial, and brand objectives.
Create campaign plans that drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
Work collaboratively with teams across digital marketing, CRM, content, social media, ecommerce, retail operations, and merchandising to deliver joined-up campaigns.
Use customer insights, market trends, and performance data to shape marketing strategies and campaign activity.
Take ownership of campaign timelines, objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to ensure successful execution.
Analyse campaign results and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and maximise return on investment.
Lead the delivery of high-profile marketing initiatives, ensuring all activity is completed on time and to a high standard.
Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to support campaign delivery.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing marketing processes, introducing best practice, and championing innovation.
Provide clear recommendations and performance insights to senior stakeholders to help shape future marketing activity.
Support budget planning and ensure campaign spend is managed effectively against business objectives.
The successful candidate will:
Have significant experience within campaign marketing, integrated marketing, or customer engagement roles.
Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and delivering successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Have strong knowledge of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
Be highly analytical, with experience using campaign performance data to drive decision-making and optimisation.
Have strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
Demonstrate excellent organisation, prioritisation, and project management skills.
Be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within retail, consumer, ecommerce, or other customer-focused sectors would be highly advantageous.In return you will receive:
