Leading and coordinating all engineering activity on shift
Managing breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime
Driving planned and reactive maintenance standards
Supporting and developing a team of engineers
Working closely with production to keep operations running smoothlyAbout you:
Strong background in electrical or multi-skilled engineering
Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
