Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Golang, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and high-performance systems to join a global payments technology environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable payment solutions, driving technical architecture, and providing technical leadership to distributed engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Golang for global payment platforms.
* Architect and optimize high-performance systems capable of handling large transaction volumes and low-latency processing.
* Design and develop RESTful APIs and gRPC-based services.
* Drive technical architecture, solution design, and implementation of complex enterprise applications.
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automate infrastructure using Terraform.
* Work with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments.
* Implement secure development and infrastructure practices, including PAM and Teleport.
* Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
* Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to engineers across distributed teams.
* Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Required Technical Skills
* 10+ years of software development experience.
* Strong, hands-on expertise in Golang (Go).
* Experience with microservices architecture.
* Strong knowledge of REST APIs and gRPC.
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Hands-on experience with Jenkins / CI-CD.
* Strong knowledge of Terraform; Ansible or Chef is an advantage.
* Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
* Good understanding of cloud-native application development and infrastructure.
* Experience with Java/Spring Boot or Python is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of security and access management, including PAM/Teleport
