HGV Class 2 Driver - Days
Location: Eccles, Norwich, NR16
Shift: Days, 4 on / 4 off
Pay: £14.80 per hour PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately, or £16.82 per hour including rolled-up holiday pay

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting Class 2 Day Drivers for pallet network deliveries and collections based in Eccles, Norwich.

New passes welcome! With an onsite driver trainer and support available, this is an opportunity to develop your experience within a busy transport operation.
The Role

Completing deliveries and collections of palletised goods.
Checking freight against delivery and collection paperwork.
Ensuring loads are secure and reporting damage or discrepancies.
Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
Keeping the transport team informed of progress and delays.
Providing a professional service at customer sites. The work is predominantly days, although you must be willing to complete occasional nights out when required.
Requirements

Valid Category C licence, Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
No more than six penalty points.
No IN, DD, DR, DG or similar serious driving endorsements, subject to licence checks.
A reliable approach and good customer service skills.
Availability to work 4 on / 4 off, including weekends when scheduled. Apply with your CV, confirming your licence details and availability
