A well‑respected law firm is looking for a Legal Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive accounts team. If you enjoy working with numbers, value accuracy, and want a role that fits comfortably into your day, this is an exciting opportunity.
The role:
Assisting with month-end activities
Handling day‑to‑day legal cashiering tasks
Posting client and office ledger entries
Processing receipts and payments
Reconciling accounts
Supporting billing, expenses, and disbursements
Helping produce financial reports and assisting with bank reconciliations
Supporting audits and compliance reviews
Working closely with fee‑earners to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
The right person:
Experience within an accounting role.
Confidence using accounting software and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach
Someone who enjoys working in a small, supportive team
A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle a varied workload
