Contract: Temporary (2 to 6 weeks) start on Wed 19th August
Hours: Full-time, Office Based (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
The Role
Our client, based in Walworth Business Park, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to join their team for an initial period of 2 to 6 weeks. This is a fully office-based role offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong numerical and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Proofreading documents and correspondence
Answering and managing incoming telephone calls
Taking messages and directing enquiries appropriately
Creating and exporting invoices
Processing information using Xero
General administrative support as required
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlinesPerson Specification
The successful candidate must have:
Previous administration experience
Working knowledge and experience of Xero
Strong English and Maths skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence working with figures and numerical data
Good communication and telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
