Pertemps are currently looking for an Administrator to join an established business in Andover with an immediate start, this will be on an ongoing position with the view to cover maternity leave from the end of the year.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
Provide general administrative support across the business
Assist with project administration
Scheduling maintenance visits for engineers
Book travel and accommodation for staff as required
Assist with Quality Management System, including customer satisfaction surveys
Maintaining appropriate records within company systems
Requirements:
Available immediately
Excellent customer service and administrative experience
Self sufficient and able to hit the ground running
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organised and able to prioritise workload
The Administrator Role:
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
£13.55 - £15 per hour depending on experience
