We are currently expanding our core team for a major 1-year contract, with immediate progression onto our subsequent 2027 project pipeline for the right tradespeople.

The Package & Benefits
Competitive Pay: £21.00 per hour, paid weekly via the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with optional weekend overtime available).
Long-Term Stability: Secure 12-month initial contract with guaranteed continuous workflow from us immediately afterwards.
Prime Locations: All sites are centrally located in the Newcastle area with excellent transport links and access.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Execute internal and external painting and decorating to an exceptional, handover-ready standard.
Hand-paint, roll, and prepare various surfaces (including plaster, woodwork, and metalwork) across high-traffic commercial settings.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while strictly adhering to on-site health and safety regulations.
Represent the company professionally when interacting with site management, clients, and other trades.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:
Qualifications: A valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled or Gold Advanced preferred).
Experience: Significant, verifiable experience in commercial and/or high-end domestic painting and decorating.
Equipment: Your own comprehensive kit of professional tools and full PPE/clean whites.
Transport: Reliable transport to commute to various sites across Newcastle.
