Henry Blue are working with a Further Education college based in West London who are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join their HR team and deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment across the College.
The Role
* Manage recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding.
* Create engaging adverts and use innovative sourcing methods.
* Build talent pipelines and tackle hard-to-fill vacancies.
* Partner with hiring managers and provide recruitment market insight.
* Ensure recruitment is compliant, inclusive and delivers an excellent candidate experience.
About You
You’ll have proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house, agency or education environment, with experience of high-volume recruitment.
You’ll also have strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
