Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major mixed development project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to take responsibility for coordinating electrical works across residential, commercial, and communal areas.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site.

* Manage electrical subcontractors and site operatives.

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

* Review drawings, specifications, and electrical programmes.

* Coordinate with the project management, engineering, and construction teams.

* Carry out inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

* Monitor progress and resolve site-based technical issues.

* Maintain accurate site records and support testing and commissioning activities.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

* Gold ECS

* SSSTS

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large construction or mixed development projects.

* Strong knowledge of commercial and residential electrical installations.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

* Good understanding of health & safety requirements and electrical regulations.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
