A varied, high-impact role - No two days are the same!As a Trainee Notary Public, you will be instrumental in managing a variety of legal matters for clients across different jurisdictions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Drafting and Checking Documents: Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Client Liaison: Communicate confidently and professionally with clients to manage transactions from start to finish.
Administrative Support: Organise meetings, manage appointments, and answer phone inquiries.
Document Management: Photocopy, scan, and bind important documents; liaise with translators as needed.
Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with various tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive attitude with a confident telephone manner.
Ability to thrive under pressure and work efficiently.
Native, near native, or bilingual proficiency in English.
Proficiency in German or Spanish - Desired
Foreign legal qualifications - Desired
