We are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong client-side background for Data Centre Projects.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on the client side
• Strong commercial and cost management experience
• Experience with procurement, tendering, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Excellent understanding of contracts and commercial risk
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and provide sound commercial advice to the client
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification preferred
• Data Centre experience
We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked directly for clients/asset owners/developers, rather than solely within contractor environments.
