Delivery Driver Required – Permanent Position

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hard-working Delivery Driver to join our client’s busy construction team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with a well-established company. The role will involve delivering roofing materials across the Hampshire and Dorset areas, so professionalism, good customer service, and a positive attitude are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time, while representing the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

* Safely operating a company delivery vehicle

* Delivering roofing and construction materials across Hampshire and Dorset

* Loading and unloading materials when required

* Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule

* Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations

* Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting any issues

* Working closely with the warehouse and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day running

Requirements:

* Previous delivery driving experience preferred

* Valid driving licence with a clean driving record

* Reliable, professional, and punctual

* Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting when required

* Good communication and organisational skills

* Experience within construction or builders merchants would be advantageous but not essential

Details:

Salary: £27,000 per annum plus holiday pay
Working Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Deliveries covering Hampshire & Dorset
