Position: Support Worker

Salary: £16,110 per annum
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

About the Role
You will provide respectful, person-centred care that promotes dignity and inclusion, working collaboratively to help individuals build life skills, manage daily routines, and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include:
Supporting with medication
Supporting with personal care
Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessmentsShifts include:
3x 7.5-hour shifts per week with one sleep in (for sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78).
What We are Looking For:
Experience in care and support
Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
Full UK Driving Licence + access to a car
Flexibility for sleep-ins (minimum one per week)
Reliability and a passion for making a difference
